The Motorola ThinkPhone is a little bit better than the Galaxy A20s, having a score of 78.9 against 77. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but Motorola ThinkPhone has the newer 13 version and Galaxy A20s has Android 11, so it provides you some extra features. Motorola ThinkPhone's construction is much newer, but a little heavier and a little thicker than Galaxy A20s.
The Galaxy A20s has a much powerful processor than Motorola ThinkPhone, because although it has 4 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with a larger number of cores. Motorola ThinkPhone features a much sharper display than Samsung Galaxy A20s, because it has a lot better number of pixels per inch in the display, a much higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a bit bigger display.
