Xperia Z5 Premium is just a bit better than Motorola ThinkPhone, getting a global score of 79.8 against 78.9. Both of these phones have Android OS, but Xperia Z5 Premium has the older 5.1 version while Motorola ThinkPhone has Android 13. The Xperia Z5 Premium construction is just a little thinner and a bit lighter than Motorola ThinkPhone, although it was released 8 years before.
