Comparison review

The Galaxy Victory 4G LTE is a bit better than Nokia 1 Plus, with a 60.2 score against 55.2. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Victory 4G LTE has an older 4.1 version and Nokia 1 Plus has Android 10 version.
