The Motorola DROID MAXX 2 is better than Nokia 2.1, getting a score of 67.7 against 58.4. Even though Motorola DROID MAXX 2 is noticeably older and somewhat thicker than the Nokia 2.1, it's design is still a little lighter.
The Motorola DROID MAXX 2 counts with an incredibly better looking display than Nokia 2.1, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Motorola DROID MAXX 2 also has a much better resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a much better screen pixel density. The Nokia 2.1 has just a bit better hardware performance than Motorola DROID MAXX 2, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with a higher number of cores.

Motorola DROID MAXX 2 shoots much clearer photos and videos than Nokia 2.1, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Motorola DROID MAXX 2 also has a way better resolution camera in the back.
Nokia 2.1 features just a bit better battery lifetime than Motorola DROID MAXX 2, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Motorola DROID MAXX 2 costs a bit more than the Nokia 2.1, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
