Galaxy S9 is a lot better than Nokia 3.1, with a global score of 83.3 against 65.5. Galaxy S9's body is just a little bit thinner but heavier than Nokia 3.1, and both of them were released only a couple of months apart. The Galaxy S9 counts with a much more vibrant display than Nokia 3.1, because it has a lot higher 1440 x 2960 resolution, a little bit bigger screen and a way greater display density.

The Samsung Galaxy S9 features a much better memory capacity to install games and applications than Nokia 3.1, because it has more internal storage capacity and an external memory card slot that admits up to 400 GB. Galaxy S9 features a faster processing unit than Nokia 3.1, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S9 also has more RAM memory.
