Both phones in this comparison review have the same Android 9.0 Pie OS, so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding OS features. The LG G7 ThinQ body is thinner and somewhat lighter than Nokia 3 V, although it was released around a year before.
LG G7 ThinQ features a much better screen than Nokia 3 V, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher 1440 x 3120px resolution and a way greater screen density. The LG G7 ThinQ counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Nokia 3 V, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and a larger number of cores (and faster).
The LG G7 ThinQ features a much greater storage to store more games and applications than Nokia 3 V, because it has an external memory card slot that admits up to 1,95 TB and more internal storage capacity.
