These phones use Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S III has the older 4.3 version while Nokia 4.2 has Android 10 version.

The Galaxy S III features a sharper display than Nokia 4.2, because although it has a little smaller screen and a little bit lower 1280 x 720 resolution, it also counts with a just a little greater pixel quantity per inch of screen.
