The Xperia Z Ultra body is thinner than the Nokia 5, but it is notably heavier and was released 4 years before. The Xperia Z Ultra has a bit faster processor than Nokia 5, because although it has less CPU cores (but faster), and they both have 2 GB of RAM, the Xperia Z Ultra also counts with an additional GPU.
