HTC Freestyle has a global score of 42.8, which is slightly better than the Nokia 5250's global score of 39. HTC Freestyle works with Brew Mobile Platform Brew MP OS, and Nokia 5250 counts with Symbian 9.4 OS. Although the HTC Freestyle and the Nokia 5250 were only released 4 months apart, the HTC Freestyle design is a bit thinner but also somewhat heavier.

The HTC Freestyle features just a bit better hardware performance than Nokia 5250, and although they both have the same number of cores, the HTC Freestyle also has a greater amount of RAM. The Nokia 5250 counts with a more vivid screen than HTC Freestyle, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a greater count of pixels per screen inch and a better 640 x 360 resolution.

The HTC Freestyle counts with a much bigger storage for games and applications than Nokia 5250, because it has more internal memory capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 32 GB. Nokia 5250 captures a bit better pictures and videos than HTC Freestyle, although it has a way less mega pixels resolution back facing camera.

The HTC Freestyle counts with improved battery duration than Nokia 5250, because it has a 1300mAh battery size instead of 1000mAh.

HTC Freestyle is a little more expensive than the Nokia 5250, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
