HTC U23 Pro is a bit better than Nokia 7.2, with a 77.8 score against 75.9. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but HTC U23 Pro has the newer 13 version and Nokia 7.2 has Android 10, providing a lot of extra features and enhanced performance. The HTC U23 Pro construction is extremely newer, but just a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier than Nokia 7.2.
