The Nokia 7.3 is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, with a score of 76.9 against 76.1. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but Nokia 7.3 has an older 11 version and Samsung Galaxy J7 Max has Android 7.0 Nougat.
