The Galaxy Note 5 has a global score of 79.3, which is slightly better than Nokia 7 plus's 72.2 global score. The Galaxy Note 5 is an extremely older device than the Nokia 7 plus, but Samsung managed to make it incredibly thinner and a little bit lighter. Nokia 7 plus features a little better performance than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Nokia 7 plus also has a greater number of cores.

The Galaxy Note 5 counts with a sharper screen than Nokia 7 plus, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a greater screen pixel density and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440px. The Galaxy Note 5 shoots a bit better photos and videos than Nokia 7 plus, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not good for shooting pictures and/or video in low-light situations and a smaller back-facing camera sensor capturing lower quality videos and pictures, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same video quality, the Galaxy Note 5 also counts with a back-facing camera with a lot better 16 mega pixels resolution.

Nokia 7 plus counts with a lot bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage, the Nokia 7 plus also has an external memory card slot that allows up to 256 GB. The Nokia 7 plus counts with greater battery performance than Galaxy Note 5, because it has 3800mAh of battery capacity.
