Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a score of 79.8, which is much better than Nokia 7 plus's overall score of 72.2. Although Sony Xperia XZ Premium is older and a bit heavier than the Nokia 7 plus, it's body is still somewhat thinner. The Xperia XZ Premium features just a little better hardware performance than Nokia 7 plus. Both have a Octa-Core processing unit and the same RAM memory amount.
The Sony Xperia XZ Premium counts with a much better looking display than Nokia 7 plus, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with more brightness, a way better screen density and a lot better 2160 x 3840 pixels resolution. The Xperia XZ Premium and Nokia 7 plus have extremely similar storage capacity to store more games and applications, both of them have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 256 GB.
The Sony Xperia XZ Premium features just a bit better camera than Nokia 7 plus, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for capturing images and video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium also counts with a back camera with way more mega pixels and a larger sensor providing a higher image quality.
Nokia 7 plus features superior battery life than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has 3800mAh of battery capacity instead of 3230mAh.
