The HTC One M9's camera is just as good as the camera in Nokia 8.3 5G, and although the HTC One M9 has a worse video quality, a way less mega pixels resolution camera in the back and a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for shooting photographs and video in poorly lited situations, they both have the same back camera sensor size.

Although Nokia 8.3 5G is a better device, it is way more expensive than HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the HTC One M9.
