Motorola razr (2020) has an overall score of 87, which is a bit better than the Nokia 8.3 5G's 80.5 general score. Both of these phones use the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding that. The Motorola razr (2020) is a thinner and lighter device than Nokia 8.3 5G, even when they were only released with a few months difference.
