Galaxy M40 is a bit better than Nokia 8.3 5G, having a score of 85 against 80.5. Galaxy M40 is an older phone than Nokia 8.3 5G, but Samsung managed to build it thinner and lighter. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Galaxy M40 has older 10 version while Nokia 8.3 5G has Android 11 version.

The Galaxy M40 counts with a little sharper screen than Nokia 8.3 5G, because although it has a bit lower 1080 x 2340 resolution and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher pixel density. Nokia 8.3 5G features a bit faster CPU than Galaxy M40, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Nokia 8.3 5G also has a greater amount of RAM.

The Galaxy M40 shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Nokia 8.3 5G, because although it has a tinier sensor which provides a worse photo and video quality, a worse (4K) video definition and a much lower resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low-light captures and video.

The Nokia 8.3 5G has improved battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy M40, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 3500mAh.
