Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a score of 81.6, which is a little bit better than the Nokia 8.3 5G's overall score of 80.5. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has the older 5.0 version while Nokia 8.3 5G has Android 11. The Galaxy Note 4 costs a bit more than Nokia 8.3 5G, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
