Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a little bit better than Nokia 8.3 5G, having a global score of 85.6 against 80.5. Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a newer cellphone, and it's also somewhat lighter and much thinner than the Nokia 8.3 5G. These phones work with the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't see any difference regarding that.
Galaxy Z Flip 3 features a bit more powerful CPU than Nokia 8.3 5G. Both have a 8 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 has a slightly better looking screen than Nokia 8.3 5G, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2636 pixels and a bit more pixels per inch in the screen.

So if you need that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Nokia 8.3 5G, giving up some features and specs.
