Comparison review

The Nokia 8 V 5G UW has a score of 80.3, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note 5's overall score of 79.3. Although Nokia 8 V 5G UW is much newer than the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, it's heavier and somewhat thicker. Both devices in this review have Android OS, but the Nokia 8 V 5G UW has the newer 10 version while Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has Android 5.1 version, so it gives some extra features.

The Nokia 8 V 5G UW features just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Note 5, because it has a greater number of faster cores and a larger amount of RAM memory. Galaxy Note 5 has a sharper screen than Nokia 8 V 5G UW, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a better pixels density.

The Nokia 8 V 5G UW has a much better camera than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Nokia 8 V 5G UW also has a bigger diafragm aperture for better low light photos, a camera with a much higher resolution, a much larger back camera sensor which gives a much better image and video quality and better 60 frames per second video frame rate.

Nokia 8 V 5G UW has a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Nokia 8 V 5G UW also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 1000 GB. The Nokia 8 V 5G UW features a superior battery performance than Galaxy Note 5, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.

Although Nokia 8 V 5G UW is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy Note 5, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy Note 5. If you want to save some money, you can get the Galaxy Note 5, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your money.
