Comparison review
The Nokia 8 V 5G UW is a little bit better than the Xperia Z5 Premium, having an 80.3 score against 79.8. Although Nokia 8 V 5G UW is way newer than Xperia Z5 Premium, it's thicker and notably heavier. These devices include Android OS, but Nokia 8 V 5G UW has a newer 10 version and Xperia Z5 Premium has Android 5.1 version, providing a couple nice extra features and performance improvements.
Xperia Z5 Premium has just a little better processing power than Nokia 8 V 5G UW, because although it has less RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with a graphics processor. Xperia Z5 Premium has a way better looking screen than Nokia 8 V 5G UW, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot better resolution of 3840 x 2160 and much more pixels per inch in the screen.
The Nokia 8 V 5G UW counts with a way bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has 32 GB more internal memory and a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 1000 GB. Nokia 8 V 5G UW features improved battery life than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 3430mAh.
Nokia 8 V 5G UW takes much better pictures and videos than Xperia Z5 Premium, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same diafragm aperture, the Nokia 8 V 5G UW also has a much bigger back camera sensor capturing way better quality photos, better 60 fps video frame rate and a lot better resolution back camera.
Although Nokia 8 V 5G UW is a better device, it is more expensive than the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Nokia 8 V 5G UW, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, resigning a couple features and specs.
