Both phones in this review include the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding OS features. Even though the Nokia 8 V 5G UW is better than the ZTE Axon 11, it must be noted that it's also a a lot heavier and somewhat thicker cellphone.
ZTE Axon 11 counts with a bit faster processor than Nokia 8 V 5G UW. They have the same RAM amount and 8 CPU cores. ZTE Axon 11 has a little bit better looking display than Nokia 8 V 5G UW, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch of display.
