The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a global score of 98, which is much better than the Nokia 9.3 PureView's 84.2 general score. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 13 version while Nokia 9.3 PureView has Android 11 version, so it gives some nice extra features.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit more vivid display than Nokia 9.3 PureView, because it has a just a little higher pixel density, a little bigger screen and a bit higher resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit more powerful processing unit than Nokia 9.3 PureView, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has more RAM.

The Nokia 9.3 PureView captures slightly better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, and although they both have the same 7680x4320 video definition, the same diafragm aperture and a same resolution camera in the back, the Nokia 9.3 PureView also has faster video frame rates and a much bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a way higher image quality.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a lot bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Nokia 9.3 PureView, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 1000 GB. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's battery duration is just as good as Nokia 9.3 PureView's battery duration.
