Nokia 9.3 PureView is just a bit better than the Xperia 1, with a general score of 84.2 against 82.6. The Nokia 9.3 PureView is a a lot lighter and noticeably thinner device than Xperia 1. Xperia 1 and Nokia 9.3 PureView count with incredibly similar processing units, they have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount.
Sony Xperia 1 has a brighter screen than Nokia 9.3 PureView, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixel density and a higher 1644 x 3840 pixels resolution. The Nokia 9.3 PureView has a lot better camera than Xperia 1, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for low-light images and videos, it also counts with a way bigger back-facing camera sensor taking much higher quality pictures and videos, a lot better video definition and a camera with a much higher resolution.
Sony Xperia 1 features a much bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Nokia 9.3 PureView, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Sony Xperia 1 also has an external memory card slot that supports up to 512 GB. The Nokia 9.3 PureView features a much longer battery duration than Sony Xperia 1, because it has a 50% larger battery size.
