Xperia 1 is slightly better than the Nokia 9 PureView, with a global score of 82.6 against 76.4. Xperia 1 is better than the Nokia 9 PureView, we must note that it's also just a bit thicker and just a little bit heavier. The Xperia 1 features a little bit better screen than Nokia 9 PureView, because it has a higher 1644 x 3840 resolution, a just a bit better quantity of pixels per inch of display and a quite larger screen.
The Xperia 1 has much more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Nokia 9 PureView, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Xperia 1 also has a SD memory slot that holds up to 512 GB. The Nokia 9 PureView and the Sony Xperia 1 both count with extremely similar CPUs, they have the same RAM memory amount and 8 cores.
The Xperia 1 captures just a bit better photos and videos than Nokia 9 PureView, because although it has worse 24 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have the same resolution back camera and the same video resolution, the Xperia 1 also counts with a bigger camera aperture and a bigger sensor.
Xperia 1 features a battery duration that is very similar to the Nokia 9 PureView one, although the Xperia 1 also has a 3330mAh battery capacity instead of 3320mAh.
The Xperia 1 is more expensive than Nokia 9 PureView, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
