These phones use Symbian operating system, but the Nokia E61 has a newer 9.1 version while Nokia 9300i has Symbian 7.0s version, so it provides you a lot of extra features and increased performance. Even when the Nokia E61 and the Nokia 9300i were released only 2 months apart, the Nokia E61 is notably thinner and way lighter.

Nokia E61 features a much better screen than Nokia 9300i, although it has a way lower resolution of 240 x 320px. The Nokia E61's processing unit is just as good as Nokia 9300i's CPU, both have the same number of cores. Nokia 9300i and Nokia E61 count with similar storage to install games and applications, although the Nokia E61 has no SD card slot and just 76,8 MB internal storage capacity.

The Nokia E61 counts with a way better battery duration than Nokia 9300i, because it has 1500mAh of battery capacity. Nokia E61's camera is very similar to the Nokia 9300i one.

Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, the Nokia E61 is also very cheap compared to the other phones.
