The Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) has a global score of 79.2, which is a little bit better than the Nokia G400's 75.5 general score. Although Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) is older than Nokia G400, it's design is somewhat lighter and just a little bit thinner. Galaxy A8 (2018) features a slightly better screen than Nokia G400, because although it has a quite lower 1080 x 2220px resolution and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit greater display pixel density.

The Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) features a processor that's very similar to Nokia G400's processing unit, they have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores. The Galaxy A8 (2018) has a way bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Nokia G400, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Galaxy A8 (2018) also has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB.

The Nokia G400 shoots better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018), because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not nice for low-light photography and videos, and they both have the same video definition, the Nokia G400 also counts with better video frame rate and a lot more megapixels back facing camera.
