Motorola Moto G7 has a general score of 75.2, which is slightly better than Lumia 1020's 68.7 score. The Motorola Moto G7 works with Android 9.0 Pie OS, and Lumia 1020 works with Windows Phone 8.1, 8 OS. Motorola Moto G7's body is much newer and thinner than Lumia 1020's, although it's also just a little bit heavier.
The Moto G7 features just a bit better hardware performance than Lumia 1020, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with more RAM memory and more CPU cores. The Lumia 1020 counts with a sharper screen than Motorola Moto G7, although it has a way lower resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels, a quite inferior pixel count in each screen inch and a much smaller screen.
