The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S has an overall score of 78.2, which is much better than Nokia Lumia 1520's general score of 70.2. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S works with Android 11 operating system, and Nokia Lumia 1520 counts with Windows Phone 8 operating system. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S's design is noticeably newer, lighter and just a little bit thinner than the Nokia Lumia 1520.
