The HTC One is a little bit better than Lumia 830, with a 69 score against 62.8. The HTC One construction is a bit lighter than the Lumia 830, but it is somewhat thicker and was released about a year before. The HTC One works with Android 5.0 OS, and Lumia 830 works with Windows Phone 8.1 Lumia Denim UI OS.

The HTC One features just a bit better screen than Lumia 830, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better 1920 x 1080 resolution and a way better pixels density. The HTC One has just a little better performance than Nokia Lumia 830, because although it has a worse GPU, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the HTC One also counts with a larger amount of RAM.

The Lumia 830 has a bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than HTC One, because although it has only 16 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 128 GB. Lumia 830 features a slightly better camera than HTC One, because although it has a tinier back camera sensor capturing lower quality photographs and videos and a smaller aperture which is not good for capturing pictures and videos in low-light environments, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same video quality, the Lumia 830 also counts with a lot better 10 mega-pixels resolution back camera.

HTC One features a bit superior battery life than Lumia 830, because it has a 5% bigger battery capacity.

Even being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, the HTC One is also cheap compared to the Lumia 830.
