The Galaxy Note 3 has a general score of 80.7, which is better than Lumia Icon's 68 general score. Galaxy Note 3's design is just a bit heavier but thinner than Lumia Icon, and they were released with only 5 months difference. Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0 OS, while Lumia Icon has Windows Phone 8 OS.

Nokia Lumia Icon features a bit sharper screen than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the Nokia Lumia Icon also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch of screen.
