Huawei nova 3 is slightly better than the Nokia X10, getting a 76.3 score against 71.8. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei nova 3 has a newer 8.1 Oreo version while Nokia X10 has Android 11, giving you a lot of extra features and performance enhancements. Despite of the fact that Huawei nova 3 is much older than the Nokia X10, it's construction is incredibly lighter and thinner.
