Galaxy S5 is a little bit better than the Nokia X100, getting an 80.8 score against 77.3. Both phones in this comparison review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S5 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Nokia X100 has Android 11 version, providing the user lots of additional features. Although the Galaxy S5 is a lot older than the Nokia X100, it's construction is notably lighter and somewhat thinner.
The Galaxy S5 counts with a much more vibrant display than Nokia X100, because although it has a quite lower 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and a much smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixels amount per inch in the screen. The Galaxy S5 features a bit more powerful CPU than Nokia X100, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores (although faster), it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit.
Samsung Galaxy S5 takes much better videos and photos than Nokia X100, although it has a camera in the back with way less MP resolution.
