The Xperia 5 III is much better than Nokia X100, with a global score of 90.5 against 77.3. These devices use the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't notice any differences in that aspect. The Xperia 5 III body is somewhat thinner and notably lighter than Nokia X100, even when both were only released 7 months apart.
The Xperia 5 III features just a bit better screen than Nokia X100, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2520 resolution and a little bit more pixels per inch in the screen. The Xperia 5 III features a superior memory to store more apps and games than Nokia X100, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1 TB, the Xperia 5 III also has more internal memory.
