Both of these phones use the same Android 11 OS, so both of them should provide you very similar OS features. Even being the best cellphone in this review, Nokia XR20 is a much heavier and somewhat thicker cellphone than the Nokia X20.

The Nokia XR20 features just a bit better looking screen than Nokia X20. They have an equal resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, the same display pixels density and a screen of the same size.
Nokia XR20's storage to install games and applications is very similar to the Nokia X20 one, both have exactly the same internal memory and a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 512 GB. Nokia XR20 features just a bit better battery lifetime than Nokia X20, because it has a 4% more battery size.
Nokia XR20 captures way better photographs and videos than Nokia X20, although it has a camera with a way lower resolution.
