Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max has an overall score of 85.3, which is slightly better than the Nokia XR20's general score of 80.8. Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max has iOS 15.x OS, and Nokia XR20 works with Android 11 OS. The Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max design is extremely thinner and a lot lighter than Nokia XR20, despite of the fact that it was released only 23 months before.
Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max counts with a little sharper screen than Nokia XR20, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a brighter display, a bit higher resolution of 1242 x 2688 pixels and a little higher screen density. IPhone 11 Pro Max has a better hardware performance than Nokia XR20, because although it has lesser CPU cores and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a 64-bits processing unit.
Nokia XR20 captures clearer photos and videos than Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max, and although they both have the same 60 fps video frame rates, the same (Full HD) video definition and a F1.8 aperture, the Nokia XR20 also has a larger back camera sensor and a lot higher resolution back facing camera. The Nokia XR20 counts with a much greater memory capacity to install games and applications than Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
The Nokia XR20 has just a bit longer battery lifetime than Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max, because it has 4630mAh of battery capacity.
Although iPhone 11 Pro Max is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Nokia XR20, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Nokia XR20. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the iPhone 11 Pro Max, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Nokia XR20, giving up some specifications.
