Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has a score of 91.1, which is better than the Nokia XR20's 80.8 general score. These phones have Android OS, but the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has newer 14 version while Nokia XR20 has Android 11 version. The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition body is noticeably thinner and lighter than the Nokia XR20.
The Nokia XR20 features a much better performing CPU than Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, although it has 10 GB lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has a much better looking screen than Nokia XR20, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a lot brighter display, a better resolution of 1968 x 2184 pixels and a larger screen.

Although Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is a better device, it costs a lot more than Nokia XR20, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Nokia XR20. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy Nokia XR20, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
