Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 1 has a general score of 82.6, which is a little bit better than the Nokia XR20's 80.8 global score. Although the Sony Xperia 1 is notably older than Nokia XR20, it's design is noticeably lighter and incredibly thinner. Sony Xperia 1 has a bit better CPU than Nokia XR20. They have a 6 GB RAM and the same number of cores.
Xperia 1 has a better looking display than Nokia XR20, because although it has much darker display and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a much better resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels and a way higher pixels amount per screen inch. Nokia XR20 takes better photographs and videos than Xperia 1, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for taking photographs and video in low light situations, and they both have the same (Full HD) video quality, the Nokia XR20 also counts with a larger sensor, a way higher resolution back-facing camera and better video frame rate.
Nokia XR20 and Xperia 1 both count with very similar memory for apps and games, they have a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB and equal 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Nokia XR20 counts with a much longer battery performance than Xperia 1, because it has a 39 percent more battery size.
Although Xperia 1 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Nokia XR20, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Nokia XR20. If you want to save some dollars, you can get Nokia XR20, giving up a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
