Sony Xperia 1 III has a global score of 93.3, which is much better than Nokia XR20's 80.8 overall score. Even when the Sony Xperia 1 III and the Nokia XR20 were released with only 1 months difference, the Sony Xperia 1 III is thinner and a lot lighter. Both of these phones have the same Android 11 OS, so they should count with very similar operating system features.
Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a bit better hardware performance than Nokia XR20, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
