The Nokia XR20 has a score of 80.8, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's score of 76.6. These devices work with Android operating system, but the Nokia XR20 has newer 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10, providing you some additional features and improved performance. The Nokia XR20 design is newer, but noticeably heavier and thicker than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9.
Nokia XR20 counts with a little sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a little bit inferior count of pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a little bigger screen. Nokia XR20 features a way bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because it has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 512 GB and more internal memory.
Nokia XR20 features a little bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Nokia XR20 also has a larger amount of RAM. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a little better battery life than Nokia XR20, because it has an 8% larger battery capacity.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 captures just a bit better photos and videos than Nokia XR20, because although it has lower 30 fps video frame rates, and they both have the same (Full HD) video quality, a F1.8 camera aperture and the same resolution back facing camera, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a larger back camera sensor capturing higher quality photos.
Although Nokia XR20 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Nokia XR20, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, letting go a couple specifications.
