The Google Pixel 4a is a little bit better than the Nothing Phone (2), getting an 82.9 score against 75.6. Google Pixel 4a is an much older phone than Nothing Phone (2), but it's lighter and just a bit thinner anyway. Both phones in this comparison review work with Android OS (operating system), but Google Pixel 4a has the previous 11 version while Nothing Phone (2) has Android 12 version.
Nothing Phone (2) features a slightly better display than Google Pixel 4a, because although it has a just a bit worse pixels density, it also counts with a bigger display and a bit higher 1080 x 2412 resolution. Nothing Phone (2) has a little faster processing unit than Google Pixel 4a, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Nothing Phone (2) also has a greater amount of RAM.
Nothing Phone (2) shoots way better pictures and videos than Google Pixel 4a, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not good for shooting images and/or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Nothing Phone (2) also counts with a camera in the back with a way better resolution, a much bigger sensor providing a much higher image quality and better 60 frames per second video frame rates.
Google Pixel 4a and Nothing Phone (2) count with incredibly similar memory to store more games and applications, they have exactly the same internal storage. The Nothing Phone (2) features a really longer battery lifetime than Google Pixel 4a, because it has a 50 percent more battery size.
