Moto G8 Plus is a little bit better than Nothing Phone (2), getting a score of 77.6 against 75.6. The Moto G8 Plus is an a lot older and just a little thicker cellphone than Nothing Phone (2), but Motorola was able to build it a bit lighter anyway. Nothing Phone (2) features a much better looking display than Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a just a bit lower pixels density, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2412 and a bit bigger screen.
Motorola Moto G8 Plus features a quite bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Nothing Phone (2), because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 512 GB. Nothing Phone (2) features a bit superior processor than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Nothing Phone (2) also has more RAM.
The Nothing Phone (2) features a slightly better camera than Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for low light photos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Nothing Phone (2) also counts with a lot larger back-facing camera sensor, faster 60 fps video frame rate and a more mega-pixels back-facing camera.
Nothing Phone (2) features better battery performance than Moto G8 Plus, because it has 4700mAh of battery capacity.
