Galaxy XCover 5 is just a bit better than Nothing Phone (2), having a global score of 78.1 against 75.6. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy XCover 5 has the older 11 version while Nothing Phone (2) has Android 12 version. The Galaxy XCover 5 is an extremely older and just a little bit thicker phone than Nothing Phone (2), but Samsung managed to build it somewhat lighter anyway.
The Nothing Phone (2) features a bit faster CPU than Galaxy XCover 5, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Nothing Phone (2) also has more RAM. The Nothing Phone (2) counts with a brighter screen than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a much higher resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels, a greater pixel amount in each screen inch and a larger screen.
Nothing Phone (2) shoots much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for low light photos and videos, it also counts with a lot better video resolution and a lot more mega-pixels back-facing camera. Galaxy XCover 5 has a way bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Nothing Phone (2), because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB.
The Nothing Phone (2) features a really longer battery lifetime than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a 4700mAh battery size.
