Comparison review
The TCL 20 Pro 5G has a score of 76.1, which is a bit better than Nothing Phone (2)'s 75.6 general score. Both phones we compare here work with Android OS, but the TCL 20 Pro 5G has the previous 11 version while Nothing Phone (2) has Android 12 version. Even though TCL 20 Pro 5G is much older and a little bit thicker than Nothing Phone (2), it's construction is still just a little lighter.
The Nothing Phone (2) has a bit better performance than TCL 20 Pro 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Nothing Phone (2) also has a greater amount of RAM. Nothing Phone (2) counts with a much better looking screen than TCL 20 Pro 5G, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Nothing Phone (2) also has a bit better pixels count in each inch in the screen and a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2412.
TCL 20 Pro 5G features a much bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Nothing Phone (2), because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity and a SD card slot that holds up to 1 TB. Nothing Phone (2) has just a little better battery duration than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because it has a 4700mAh battery size instead of 4500mAh.
The Nothing Phone (2) has a slightly better camera than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not recommended for shooting images in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Nothing Phone (2) also counts with a way larger sensor providing a much higher image quality, a more MP camera in the back and higher video frame rates.
