Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus is a little bit better than the Nothing Phone (2), getting a 78.1 score against 75.6. Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus is an a lot older cellphone than the Nothing Phone (2), but it is somewhat lighter and just a little bit thinner anyway. These phones work with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a more recent 6.0 Marshmallow version while Nothing Phone (2) has Android 12, so it gives some nice extra features.
Nothing Phone (2) counts with a slightly better looking display than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has a little better pixels density, a larger display, a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2412px and much more brightness. The Nothing Phone (2) features a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has more RAM memory and 4 more processing cores.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus and Nothing Phone (2) both count with extremely similar storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos, both of them have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Nothing Phone (2) features greater battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has a 24% greater battery size.
The Nothing Phone (2) shoots much clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same video resolution, the Nothing Phone (2) also has a camera in the back with a much better 50 mega-pixels resolution, a way larger back camera sensor, a larger camera aperture to take better images in low light environments and higher video frame rates.
