Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is a little bit better than the Nothing Phone (2), with a general score of 76 against 75.6. The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is an notably older cellphone than the Nothing Phone (2), but it is lighter and somewhat thinner anyway. These phones use Android OS, but Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has a more recent 6.0 Marshmallow version and Nothing Phone (2) has Android 12 version, so it provides a couple additional features and some performance improvements.
Nothing Phone (2) has a much better screen than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because it has a bigger screen, a little greater screen density and a slightly better 1080 x 2412 pixels resolution. Nothing Phone (2) counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because it has a greater amount of RAM memory and 4 more cores.
Nothing Phone (2) shoots greater pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Nothing Phone (2) also has a much bigger camera sensor capturing much higher quality videos and photographs, a back facing camera with a way higher 50 mega-pixels resolution and a bigger aperture.
The Nothing Phone (2) and the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 both count with quite similar storage for applications, games, photos and videos, both of them have exactly the same internal storage capacity. The Nothing Phone (2) features a bit longer battery life than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because it has a 4700mAh battery capacity against 4070mAh.
