Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T is slightly better than the Nothing Phone (2), with a score of 83 against 75.6. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T is a way older and a little thicker phone than the Nothing Phone (2), but Xiaomi made it a little bit lighter anyway. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T has an older 10 version while Nothing Phone (2) has Android 12.
Nothing Phone (2) counts with just a bit better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T, because although it has a little bit lower pixel amount per display inch, it also counts with a bit bigger screen and a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2412px. The Nothing Phone (2) features a little faster CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Nothing Phone (2) also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T counts with a better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Nothing Phone (2), because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 512 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T has a bit superior battery lifetime than Nothing Phone (2), because it has a 6 percent more battery capacity.
Nothing Phone (2) captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for shooting pictures and/or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Nothing Phone (2) also counts with a back-facing camera with a better 50 megapixels resolution, a lot bigger sensor taking way better quality videos and photos and faster 60 frames per second video frame rates.
