The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) is just a bit better than the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus, getting a 73.1 score against 66.5. The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) design has the same thickness than the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus, but it's just a bit lighter. These phones have Android OS, but Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Nothing Phone (2a) Plus has Android 14, so it counts with a lot of extra features.

The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) counts with a much faster processing unit than Nothing Phone (2a) Plus, although it has lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus counts with a bit sharper display than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), because although it has a little bit inferior quantity of pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a lot brighter screen, a quite better 1080 x 2412 pixels resolution and a bit bigger screen.

The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) features more memory capacity for games and applications than Nothing Phone (2a) Plus, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) features a battery duration that is just as good as Nothing Phone (2a) Plus's battery duration.

The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus shoots a lot better pictures and videos than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus also has a larger camera aperture for better low-light photos and video, higher video frame rate and a lot more MP back camera.

Despite of being the best phone of the ones we compare here, Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) is also by far the cheapest one.
