Huawei Mate 8 has an overall score of 77.4, which is a little bit better than the nubia Red Magic 3's global score of 75.6. Even though Huawei Mate 8 is extremely older than nubia Red Magic 3, it's body is thinner and somewhat lighter. The nubia Red Magic 3 has a bit sharper display than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2340, a just a bit higher pixel density and a bit bigger display.
The nubia Red Magic 3 features a little better performance than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the nubia Red Magic 3 also has a larger amount of RAM. Nubia Red Magic 3 has a bit bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity.
The nubia Red Magic 3 counts with longer battery life than Huawei Mate 8, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity. The nubia Red Magic 3 shoots much better videos and photos than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a much better 48 mega-pixels resolution camera, a much higher 7680x4320 video resolution and a larger aperture.
Huawei Mate 8 costs a little more than the nubia Red Magic 3, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
