The OnePlus 8 Pro has a score of 77.2, which is slightly better than nubia Red Magic 3's global score of 75.6. The OnePlus 8 Pro is a newer device, and it's also somewhat thinner and a little bit lighter than nubia Red Magic 3. The nubia Red Magic 3 has a little bit better performance than OnePlus 8 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the nubia Red Magic 3 also has a higher amount of RAM.
The OnePlus 8 Pro has a brighter display than nubia Red Magic 3, because it has a quite larger display, a higher resolution of 1440 x 3168 and a better number of pixels per inch of screen. The OnePlus 8 Pro features a bit better camera than nubia Red Magic 3, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for low light captures and video, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and a same resolution back camera, the OnePlus 8 Pro also counts with faster video frame rate and a much larger back-facing camera sensor capturing way better quality pictures.
Nubia Red Magic 3 counts with a much better memory to install games and applications than OnePlus 8 Pro, because it has 256 GB internal storage. The nubia Red Magic 3 counts with a bit longer battery life than OnePlus 8 Pro, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 4510mAh.
Although OnePlus 8 Pro is a better device, it costs more than the nubia Red Magic 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as nubia Red Magic 3. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy the nubia Red Magic 3, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your money.
