The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has a global score of 81.4, which is a bit better than nubia Red Magic 3's 75.6 overall score. Both phones in this review come with the same Android 9.0 Pie OS, so both should count with very similar OS features. Even when the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE and nubia Red Magic 3 were released with only 1 months difference, the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is extremely thinner and extremely lighter.
The nubia Red Magic 3 has a little better performance than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the nubia Red Magic 3 also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has a little sharper display than nubia Red Magic 3, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same 1080 x 2340 resolution, the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display.
The nubia Red Magic 3 has a lot bigger memory to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, because it has 128 GB more internal storage. The nubia Red Magic 3 features a much better battery life than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 3070mAh. The nubia Red Magic 3 captures a little bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, and although they both have the same back camera sensor size and a 48 mega-pixels resolution back camera, the nubia Red Magic 3 also has a much better video definition and a bigger aperture.
